Nestle is well-known as being one of the most hated companies in the world. This is due to their well-documented child slavery labor in other countries, as well as the baby formula scandal. What may be less well-known is the subsidiary companies that they own. On the above diagram website, there is the picture of the many companies that Nestle owns. As a kid, I used to get Ovaltine often. This is part of why I do research for my blog posts, so that I can learn more about these companies and better educate my readers.

Nestle has also been involved in many other scandals, including water. Not only are they fucking with other countries water, and exploiting locals to get water for them, but also our own. Nestle’s CEO has said that water is not a human right and should be privatized. This is what is happening with Corporate America, and what happens with capitalism. Profits over everything else is literally killing the planet and people. Bill Burr had an interesting answer on his podcast the other day.

I’m trying to replace all my clothes with hemp ones, as I am trying to educate myself better on where my clothing is sourced from as well. I try and buy local as much as I can. I try and downsize as much of my stuff as much as possible, so that we have less of a need to consume.
